Quality: dimensional checks, colour measurements.
The FARO measuring arm allows us to detect the dimensions and geometries of the manufactured components, enabling us to verify the correspondence between the physical piece and the designed 3D file. This three-dimensional measurement technology ensures high precision in assessing geometric characteristics.
The colorimeter and gloss meter are used to compare the colour and gloss level of the component with the reference sample provided by the customer. These instruments enable precise checks of the product’s aesthetic quality.
Thanks to these procedures, it is possible to perform a comprehensive analysis of the component, producing detailed dimensional reports that are then provided alongside the initial samples for complete and transparent documentation.

The introduction of Opera MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software allows us to connect, monitor, analyze, and predict production data, transforming it into actionable information to respond effectively in company processes and improve productivity.
The Opera platform plays a crucial role in vertically linking the business application level with the physical level of the facilities, including operators, devices, and automation software. Horizontally, it enables communication across all functional areas of the factory, allowing comprehensive and integrated management of operations, including production, materials, quality, and maintenance. Opera follows international industrial standards for integration with devices and other systems, using standard communication logics, architectures, and protocols.
